２）残留農薬の問題 通常、お米を作る場合、何らかの農薬を使います。その農薬が残留するとしたら、一番可能性の大きいのは、「もみ」の部分です。ただ、もみは生産者サイトでもみすりを実施し取り除いて出荷されます。次に考えられるのは、玄米皮です。いわゆるヌカの部分。この部分にはどうしても、残留農薬が残ります。
